"I'm dead."

You may remember my post last month, in which Dori kept claiming she couldn't do things as asked because, "I don't have hands."

This time, it has gone too far.

I set up a craft project for the girls on the kitchen table, then went to where they were playing in the front yard to invite them in to work on it. Addy asked if we could do the craft outside, but quickly accepted that the answer was no.

Dori, on the other hand, demanded, "Outside!"

I told her no, we needed to go inside.

Dori's response: "Can't. I'm dead." Then she flopped to the ground.

My 25 month old just looked at this and said, "She's dead!" It's a convincing act.
